1.       TICa will hold an event to form common consensus — a cross-function Global-TIC internship discussion conference, inviting government departments,experts, consultants, and practical promoter in the field of technology, humanity, and bio-technology to join with us. At the same time, we will also invite representatives from the international organizations which we are cooperating with or intend to cooperate with to join the discussion conference and understand the panorama of the benefits; at the same time, they can form a consensus on the collaboration among sectors, in order to strengthen the confidence and will of colleges and universities in promoting Global TIC Project.

2.       TICa will plan the forerunner project of Global-TIC Internship Program.

3.       TICa will establish a committee of directors for Global-TIC to decide and revise the strategic structure and direction of the overall project, and thus form a global synergy.

4.       TICa will form commissions of technology, humanity, and bio-technology, and assemble the experts from industries, government, and academia to recommend best case study of the year in order to form the indicative result of Global-TIC.

5.       TICa will establish a Global-TIC industrial-academic collaboration development committee in order to implement the sub-projects of Global-TIC Project.
