Organizer Empowering Workshop Introduction
Due to the trend of global competition, entrepreneurship has become a core competitiveness of future global leader. With the vision of talented entrepreneur development, TICa design “ Global-TIC” as a brand for Global Talententrepreneurship ,Innovation and Collaboration Development. Therefore, TICa initiates 2006 Global-TIC Organizer Empowering Workshop on August 23nd to August 31st , which is to create a great opportunity to enable & empower more people become pioneer of Talentrepreneurship development in both country& regional level.
In order to give our delegates different dimensions of learning and deeper insights of Talentrepreneurship development, 2006 Global-TIC Organizer Empowering Workshop consists of four parts:
(a) Knowledge of Global-TIC Program:TIC Competition & Curriculum.
(b) Simulation of TIC semi-final&final competition.
(c) Practical Business Learning from TIC CEO Panelists Presentation.
(d) TIC Program implementation plan in national/ regional/ global level
The workshop will start from basic concept & model to the procedure development of TIC Competition & Curriculum in the first three days.
After knowing all of the basic knowledge and procedure, we design two-day simulation, which involves you in both on-spot observation and role play as a judge in TIC Competition. Therefore, our delegates not only “see” how we kick off the competition but also “simulate” the event.
In order to provide more practical learning and further understanding of industrial trend and country agenda of entrepreneurship development, we invite 21 representatives & CEOs from different sectors(government, university, corporate) and industries (technology, humanity and biotechnology industry) to share their business case study and the entrepreneur policy in their home country.
Last but not least, with the input from different aspects of Talentrepreneurship development, our delegates will continue to develop the national/regional TIC program implementation plan. Moreover, our delegates are able to put those input and ideas into action back to their countries.
