Nurturing the future youth leaders who have international internship experiences and entrepreneurial spirit in today’s knowledge economy era is the core ideal and the core work of TICa.

Therefore, TICa will operate in coordination with Ministry of Education to implement and propel Global-TIC Project, and to establish Global-TIC platform. From the year 2006, TICa will spare no effort in the forerunner project of Global-TIC project, and will synthesize the result of the forerunner project. We plan to establish north, central, and south promotion centers in the year 2007 to form a more integral service capacity. Moreover, TICa will continue to develop Global-TIC into a global leading brand in international talent development and entrepreneurship through hosting Global-TIC international collaboration promotion seminars and global entrepreneurship competition.
