Product Description

This project base is located in Taoyuan City; lying across the Luzhu District and Taoyuan District. It is bounded on the north by the Dazhu area, on the east by the Nankan New Town urban area and the Guoji Road, on the south by the Wenzhong road, and on the west by the Lonshou Street and the Long'an Street.The original project name was “Zhong Fu Project” and was approved in 1993 by the Executive Yuan. However, it was suspended in 2006 due to obstacles presented by residents. Nowadays, the circumstances have changed and the project has resumed its process. The major objectives are the rational allocation of land use, the upgrade of land functionality, and the assessment of the feasibility for overall land development.
