	Tucheng Urban Plan Amendment (The Third Comprehensive Review) and Tucheng Detailed Plan Drafted
Product Description

The project base is located in the southwest of the Taipei Basin and is adjacent to the Zhonghe, Banqiao, Shulin, Sanzia, and Xindian Districts. The territory extends east towards Zhonghe, south towards the hills area, west towards the Dahan River, and north towards the Banqiao District. The project has as main objective the change review of land use taking into consideration previous amendments. It will also consider the future outlook of the city as to rationally allocate land use. Finally, it will simultaneously study the agricultural and protected zones of this project area, the Banqiao District, and the Zhonghe District as to assess the feasibility of future development.
