	Luzhou Urban Plan Amendment(the Third Comprehensive Review)
Product Description

The project base is located in the west bank of the Tamsui River at the northwest of the Taipei Basin. The area is divided by the Tamsui River south of the Shilin District, at the west is connected to the Wugu District, and at the south to the Sanchong District. This project will consider the current development situation in the assessment of the future plan for coherent and rational use of the land. The essential development plan includes three main concepts : "Urban Disaster Prevention", "Urban Design", and "Landscape". Additionally, the project will consider a zone based land acquisition development plan for the north and south agricultural zones of the Luzhou District.
