In order to provide enough art and culture space for 180 thousand citizens in Shulin District. The government decided to build a new administration center with a art and culture Center to provide the citizens static and dynamic service of art and culture.

Our company is in charge of Design Review and Construction Supervision. Through the review capabilities of each disciplines, we requested the design-build contractor to really do self-check, to modify the model to the requested level of detail, to detect/ resolve the clashes, etc. We provided the best BIM review service to help the New Taipei City Hall to control and monitor the quality of the projects.
