Lan Yang Campus of Tang Kang University is located on a hillside in Chiaohsi, Ilan.  In order to avoid disturbing of natural environment and soil-water conservation when developing the campus, we specially start this plan.  This plan is in accordance with soil conservation law and related regulations, total site area is 40 Hectare, including site preparation, roads, drainage, retention pond, slope stability retaining facilities, planting, and natural calamity control measures during developing period.  At present the authorities concerned have already approved the plan.
