The Xiao-Qian Ramp is located at the end of the National Highway No. 1, which is used as an emergency relief for Wu-Yang viaduct, and provides general access to the Yang-Mei area for passers-by. In addition to enhance the Wu-Yang viaduct disaster prevention and rescue effectiveness, while improving both the exchange bottleneck of Yang-Mei section. One particular ramp across the Lao-Ken bridge to adopt the domestic first “prestressed-concrete bow bridge", combining structural and bridge aesthetics, adding the local landscape highlights.
