This section (Lots WH49 ~ WH53) starts from north, the mouth of Yuanlin Dischange Ditch, Fuxing Township and southward to the northern end of Xibin Bridge, Dachen Township with total length of 30.3 km, was divided into of 7 Lots. T.Y.Lin International Taiwan was responsible for four Lots (Lots WH49, WH51 ~ 53 GB) in total of 20.8 km. Most of the line is elevated section and only with a small portion of embankment, where elevated section uses the prestressed concrete box girder type, and the small portion uses the steel box girder. Generally, the sections of constant depth prestressed box girder use span by span with shoring or movable advanced shoring method (MSS). As to the section of large-span across the Ditch and across the large intersection adopted cast-in-place prestressed cantilever box with variable sections.
