In response to the serious traffic jam situation between Wufong, Caotun caused by the needs of increased tourism business, the Bureau planned to improve Jo-cheng Interchange by adding east entrance and west exit (in diamond shape) and connecting Provincial Highway No. 3 with local roadway. After the project completed, Jo-cheng Interchange will make the passengers and residents move convenient to go to Taichung Area.
