	Miaoli Zhuolan to Sanyi Section Along Da-an River Connecting Roadway Project
Product Description

The route is part of the Southern Crossing Highway of Miaoli County Development Program,which connects Zhuolan and Sanyi, utilizies Da-an River planned embankment and planned flood control emergency road. The route starts from the old Provincial Highway No. 13 in Sanyi, along Da-anRiver bank line and mitigate Lan-Si Bridge in Zhuolan, which established east-west network between Townships Yuanli, Sanyi and Zhuolan, and improved the local traffic bottleneck in southern Miaoli. This also minimized the gap between urban and country and promoted the land development as well as the economic development along the route. Meanwhile, enhance management Water Resource Authorities’ program on the embankment construction and strengthen Da-an River management and the embankment maintenance program.
The route starts west to east from the old Provincial Highway No. 13 along the Da-an River north to levee road, eastward crossing old Yili Bridge and underpassing the new mountain railway,crossing above the old mountain railway tunnel and Lauzhuang Creek, along with the Zhuolan Embankmentand ends up to the Provincial Highway No. 3 Lan-Si Bridge. The total route length is 10.578 km and adopting the advancing shoring and cantilever construction method for bridge section.Total construction value is around NTD 3.2 billion.
