This project was divided into 5 design lots. Its northern end connected with Chungchang Bridge, and then ended at YuanLin interchange. Total length is 16338m, and width is 40m. There are 5900m bridge and 10438m embank road. A 4-lane express highway was designed along the center line of route, the width of highway is 22.8m, with an extra lane in each side for local traffic use. There are four intersections within this area. ChungBin #2 & #3 Road are plane intersection with West Coast Highway. The main highway overpass ChungBin #5 Road with two- direction ramps to connect both road. And The Lugun interchange is design for connecting ChungBin Industrail Area. via ChungBin
