Product Description

The project is located at the junction between Xitun District and Beitun District of Taichung City. Encompassing an area of 253 hectares, it is bounded on the north by the Huanzhong road, on the east by a multipurpose development area, on the south by Henan road, and on the west by the Zhongshan Institute of Science, the Aerospace Industrial Development Corporation, and Feng Chia University.
The project's scope includes site preparation, roadway work, traffic management, geological engineering, bridges, drainage ducts, electrical and mechanical engineering, parks, etc. The project site will integrate commercial facilities, innovative research, universities, recractional and cultural facilities, ecological parks, an EXPO District, and residential communities as to map out a more foward-looking, intemational and creative environment, in doing so, it will laying a firm fundatiion for middle Taiwan with intermational standards.
