	Ximdiam Zhong-Young Village North Zone Expropriation Design and Construction Supervision
Product Description

Project site is located in Hsintien District, New Taipei City and east side of Hsintien Creek, where inside “Hsintien Plan” area. It bounded eastward to Zhong-Young Road, southward to Zhong-Young Village, the west side close to Huan-Ho Expressway, Zhong-Ann Bridge and Young-Kwang Bridge, the north side is adjacent to Hsintien Si-sze-zhang Agricultural Area, with the total area of 39.8 hectares.
The project scope includes site preparation, roadway work, traffics, geological survey, common ducts, drainage and storm water drain, electrical and mechanical engineering, parks, squares, and children's playgrounds.
The project covers mostly residential housing area, therefore a diverse spatialization planning would meet the needs of all ages residents daily living activities, for example, the park offers pathway for stroll, children's play area, sports activities courts, planting experienced area, and the connection with the sidewalk and the bike paths connecting to the Riverside Sports Park and nearby MRT stations, bike paths and adjacent MRT station, eventually to provide the residents a green road network, and a living space of leisure and humanity concerned.
