Product Description

The Project area is located in New Taipei City Bali District, where southeast of the base is Guanyin Mountain, west is Hon-Suei-Shein Creek, toward northwest across the Bien-tze Ditch adjacent to Taipei Harbor, northeast ended by Shihsanhang Museum of Archaeology area and Zhongshan Road, total area of 135.7 hectares.
The scope includes site preparation, roadway work, transportation, geological survey, bridges, common ducts, drainage and storm water drain, electrical and mechanical engineering, running water, parks, squares and etc.
Project site was located at the left bank of Tamsui River, New Taipei City, where naturally owns plenty of sightseeing resources; Tamsui Town right at the right bank of Tamsui River has become an very important spot for tourism visits. Today, one of the major functions of left bank of Tamsui River is the container port, in addition to transport function, there shall be themed entertainment park, luxury resorts and other related facilities development in the future. Through Tamkang Bridge and Light Rail Transit projects to connect with right bank Tamsui’s current traffic moving system, this area shall become Taiwan's most popular world class harbor city.
