	Employee Dormitory for Single and Family Housing of Central Taiwan Science Park

To cooperate with the investment attraction program of Central Taiwan Science Park, the “Central Taiwan Science Park Employee Dormitory for Single and Family Housing” has been built to create a good living environment for investors and staff. The project includes 2 sites: the single dormitory and the family dormitory. The single dormitory is composed of a 2-storey basement and a 13-floor RC structure. It has a total site area of 0.95 ha. and a total floor area of 30,337 m2 encompassing 400 rooms (13 Pings each).. The family dormitory is composed of 2 buildings, each with a 2-story basement and a 13/14-floor RC structure. The total site area is of 1.65ha. and the total floor area is of 25,354 m2 encompassing 50 rooms of 57 Ping, and 50 rooms of 43. All dormitories adopt hotel management to improve living quality.. To practice the idea of environmental protection, in the single dormitory, besides installing MBR equipment, a natural convection system has been designed to reduce air-conditioning demand. PCM scope of works include : 1. Conceptual Design & OT Assessment 2. Bidding Strategy Development and Tender Assistance 3. Design Review & Consultancy 4. Construction Supervision, Assistance of Construction Acceptance & Transfer, etc.
