	Douliou Zhudan Bay Zone Expropriation & International Standard Baseball Stadium Project

In order to increase baseball participation in central region of Taiwan and in response to the 2005 National Games, The Yunlin County Government sought for the construction of an international standard baseball field. International Standard Baseball Field : 15,000 seats, 300 feet for the left and right outfield, and 400 feet for center field. The grandstand roof adopts a 3D-round-steel membrane structure. The interior spaces include public, administrative and team service areas. T.Y. Lin was commissioned by mid-2003 and completed the environment impact assessment, the conceptual design, the design-build tender and the construction within 2 years to successfully hold the National Games. Land Expropriation by Zone : With approximately 52 hectares of development, the project includes land grading, roads, sewage, drainage, utility tunnels, landscapign, etc. PCM scope of works include : 1. Survey and Conceptual Design 2. Bidding Strategy Development and Tender Assistance 3. Design Review & Consultancy 4. Construction Supervision, Assistance of Construction Acceptance, etc.
