	BeiMai Community Construction Project, Puli, Nantou County

In order to settle the victims of the 921 Earthquake and mitigate the risk of a mudslide, The Nantou County Government planned to develop a 184-unit community area. T.Y. Lin was commissioned as the PCM to facilitate project’s progress and serve as a center to facilitate communication with the victims. The total site area of this project is 34,198 m2. Work items in the design-build bid include 184 houses, 1 recreation center, sewage treatment plants, parks, parking lots, surrounding roads, private roads, atrium walkways, plazas, playgrounds and access roads, with a total construction area of 9,096 ㎡. PCM scope of works include : 1. Non-urban Land Development Plan Submission for Approval 2. Bidding Strategy Development and Tender Assistance of Design-build Tender 3. Design Review & Consultancy 4. Construction Supervision, Assistance of Construction Acceptance, etc.
