Taiwan Cooperative Bank was established in 1946. In its early years its endeavors were cooperating with local financial business. Through years of expansion, it has transformed into a holdings company and commercial bank. In order to integrate organization and business, a master was built so that all its units will be merged in an attempt to enhance profitability and promote working efficiency. Taiwan Cooperative Bank is located at the intersection of Chang-an E. Road and Sec.2, Ba-de Road, Song-shan District, Taipei City. It has a total site area of 14 ha. The project contains 3 buildings: a 20 story office building, a 12 story information building, and a 7 story of conference building. It has a 5 floor underground parking. The total floor area is of 10,000 ㎡. The PCM scope of works include : 1. Tendering drawings review; bidding strategy development 2. Tendering assistance (main buildings, E&M, HVAC, curtain walls) 3. On-site supervision during construction stage 4. Assistance of completion acceptance and transfer related work as well as operational management works
