In order to provide common areas for visiting factories and manufacturers, The Central Taiwan Science Park Administration Center has decided to accelerate the expansion of the Taichung‘s Science Park. The project area is located in the administrative core of the park and consists of 6.24 hectares. Taking into account the complexity of administrative management, 2 steel-reinforced buildings have been designed. These buildings consist of 2 underground levels of parking lots, 13 storeys of administrative area and 9 storeys for business area. To follow the high-tech image of Science Park, besides introducing modern electronic equipment, emphasis was placed on energy conservation. Therefore, among other things, a natural convection system was emplaced to reduce the air-conditioning demand of the building. PCM scope of works include : 1. Conceptual Design & OT Assessment 2. Bidding Strategy Development and Tender Assistance 3. Design Review & Consultancy 4. Construction Supervision, Assistance of Construction Acceptance & Transfer, etc.
