The County Route 193 in Hegang is currently the only main connection road from the city. Connected to the Route 9 by main access-Harmony Bridge at the northern end or the Ruigang Bridge at the southern end. This project is planned to develope road from the 266~267k of Route 9 to Hegang village. Expanding and widening new cross-river bridges to mitigate aboriginal tribal traffic.
The Beigang bridge is located above the main channel of Fuyuan River with prestressed concrete I-beam bridge 650m length. The approach road length 282m, include bicycle pedestrian lanes. The isolation installed at the support can reduce the pier and the foundation seismic force, and attaching the plaque the landscape effect enhance aesthetic vision.
