TCE section chief Chloe Chiang was honored ‘Outstanding Young Engineer’ by Chinese Institute of Engineers. She is the project manager in charge of some large-scale projects and accumulated professional experience of project management. Her design team adopted 3D visualization design with innovative methods to improve efficiency and quality of civil design. Chloe Chiang is one of the best talents in TYLin Taiwan.

TY Lin Taiwan provides opportunities and platform to encourage staff with innovation and evaluating current performance to optimize design. The Outstanding Young Engineer Award will be presented on June 6 at the annual conference of the Chinese Institution of Engineers. Chole actively involved in civil engineering industry and related academic activities, as a member of the Youth Committee of the Association of Consultants and Businesses and as a council member and deputy secretary general of the Civil Engineering Alumni Association of National Taiwan University. Chole was recognized as her fascinating achievements.
