  »  NEWS  2023-08-29 Inaugural ceremony of Provincial Highway 65 northbound and southbound in New Taipei City

T.Y.LIN participated and designed the northbound and southbound construction work of Provincial Highway 65, inaugural ceremony was held on August 29, 2023, attended by T.Y.LIN's executive vice president Mr. Clayton Liu and manager Mr. Tserng Gwo Cherng. The new built northbound highway is 336M with width 4.5M and southbound highway is 445M with width 8M on reserved ramp exits of Provincial Highway 65. Northbound highway section has no pillars into Nanzaigou creek for flooding prevention, and under the southbound cross-river bridge space offers eminent recreational facilities and cycling infrastructure.    

This project is aligned with Fuzhou bridge urban transport optimization project designed and supervised by T.Y.LIN. It will deliver improved road safety, efficiency and travel time reliability for residents in Shulin District and Fuzhou, New Taipei City. The ceremony attendees include the premier of the Executive Yuan Dr. Chen Chien-Jen and the Minister of Transportation and Communications Dr. Wang Kwo-Tsai and Minister of Public Construction Commission Wu Tse-Cheng and Minister of MOTC Chen Wen-Rui with representatives.
