The premier of the Executive Yuan Dr. Chen Chien-Jen and the Minister of Transportation and Communications Dr. Wang Kwo-Tsai with representatives visited the new built system interchange of National Highway no. 1 connected to Provincial Highway 74 system interchange. This project connected National Highway no. 1 and Provincial Highway 74 and boost the highway network. It will accommodate more traffic and mitigate congestion of adjacent access road. The feasibility study phase initiated in 2010 and planning (environmental impact assessment) and detailed design work, the construction started 2019 late November. T.Y.LIN Taiwan Consulting Engineers, Inc. is fully participated in this project construction and supervision.
