會議分四大部份,第一部份討論軍事化對當地住民所帶來的身體與精神效應,分析焦點擺在沖繩軍事基地的長期問題;第二部份以歷史與文化效應為中心,討論戰後金門地區軍事化與去軍事化的格局;第三部份以日本本島與中國大陸為對象,對冷戰時期所造成的民族問題與左翼文化進行討論;第四部份以韓戰六十週年歷史為討論主軸,以未來區域和平具體推進方向為分析焦點。此外並配合放映各地冷戰相關紀錄片,透過影像進入歷史。我們希望參與的朋友能夠發揮各自所處實踐網路中的積極作用,成為邁向區域性的和解與和平的思想媒介。
